Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales professional with strong communication and conviction skills. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, driving branch/retail sales, closing consumer deals, and promoting our range of certified refurbished and open-box laptops.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. SimplyHiredCustomer Handling: Manage walk-in customers, handle telesales, and pitch products effectively.Product Consulting: Leverage product knowledge (specifically laptops/IT hardware) to guide customers toward the right purchase.Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections and successfully close consumer/ B2B deals.Target Execution: Coordinate with branch operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience in retail sales, telesales, or direct consumer sales (electronics/laptop background preferred).Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge: Quick learner with a basic understanding of computer/laptop configurations is a strong plus.Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
