Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International FMCG Lead Generation Executive who can research international markets and identify potential buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and trading companies for our FMCG food products.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting accurate international buyer data using online research, AI tools and B2B platforms, and providing verified business leads to the International Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research international markets to identify potential FMCG buyers, importers, distributors and wholesalers.
• Find international buyers for products such as Ghee, Edible Oils, Hing, Rice, Dry Fruits and other food products.
• Use AI tools and online research techniques to identify genuine buyers and business opportunities.
• Search and collect company details, official websites, business emails, contact numbers and WhatsApp numbers wherever publicly available.
• Research buyers through Google, LinkedIn, Import-Export Directories, B2B Portals and other relevant platforms.
• Identify potential buyers in UAE, GCC, USA, UK, Europe, Africa and other international markets.
• Verify collected information and maintain an accurate buyer database in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Share company profiles, buyer links and verified lead data with the International Sales Team.
• Regularly update research records and avoid duplicate or irrelevant leads.
• Support the sales team with market research, competitor research and potential buyer identification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Lead Generation, Web Research, B2B Research or Data Research.
• Basic understanding of international FMCG or food product markets.
• Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-based research tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, B2B Portals and online business directories.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to identify genuine business companies and verify contact information.
• Good research, analytical and data management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with daily research targets.

Important:

• This is primarily a Data Research and Lead Generation role, not a direct sales calling job.
• The candidate must be comfortable researching international markets and finding genuine potential buyers.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, Food Products, Export-Import or International B2B Research will be preferred.
