Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) seller profile.
• Handle GeM portal registration, product listing, catalogue management, and updates.
• Search and identify relevant government tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities.
• Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Technical departments for bid-related information.
• Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, tender requirements, and company policies.
• Manage purchase orders, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Track bid status, order updates, and payment-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of bids, tenders, and transactions.
• Coordinate with government departments and buyers regarding product inquiries and orders.
• Handle GeM-related queries, documentation, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of biometric attendance systems, access control, CCTV, and IT products will be an advantage.
