Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and acquire new business opportunities.

Product Pitching: Present, promote, and pitch company products or services to prospective clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.

Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Negotiation & Closing: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
