Growth SEO Executive

Primary Responsibility:

The Growth SEO Executive will be responsible for improving the company’s organic visibility, website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through effective SEO and growth strategies.

AI SEO & Search Optimization

Implement AI SEO strategies to improve website visibility across AI-powered search engines and platforms.

Optimize website content for AI-driven search results, Google AI Overviews, and conversational search.

Research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses.

Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and SEO automation.

Develop structured, high-quality, and search-friendly content that supports AI search visibility.

Monitor emerging AI SEO trends and implement new strategies to improve organic traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Analyze AI search performance and continuously improve content and SEO strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility.

Conduct keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.

Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

Optimize website pages, content, meta tags, internal linking, and other SEO elements.

Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and conversions.

Analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Identify and implement opportunities to increase organic leads and conversions.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify SEO growth opportunities.

Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and other teams when required.

Create and optimize SEO-friendly content in coordination with the content team.

Track SEO campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.

Stay updated with search-engine algorithm updates and current SEO practices.

Continuously test, analyze, and improve SEO strategies for business growth.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword-research tools, and SEO tools.

Good understanding of keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and conversions.

Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.

Good content optimization and competitor-analysis skills.

Strong communication, coordination, and task-management skills.

Ability to execute SEO strategies independently and focus on measurable growth.
