HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Industry: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Manage offer letters, follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Real estate recruitment experience preferred.
