In-House Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Trost is looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound telephonic sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain company products or services to potential customers and address their queries.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in telephonic sales (Inbound/Outbound).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
