Korean Food Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Korean Food Chef who can prepare authentic Korean dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate should have experience in Korean cuisine, street food, and modern Korean snacks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Korean dishes such as Korean ramen, tteokbokki, Korean fried chicken, Korean corn dogs, kimchi fried rice, and Korean noodles.
• Prepare Korean sauces, marinades, seasonings, and dips.
• Maintain consistent taste, food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Handle daily kitchen preparation and ingredient management.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
• Follow recipes and ensure timely preparation of customer orders.
• Develop new Korean street-food items and menu variations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Korean Food Chef or in Korean cuisine is preferred.
• Knowledge of Korean ingredients, sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing Korean street food and fast-food items.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to manage ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.
