About the Role:
Airbezz Express Private Limited is hiring an International Logistics Sales Executive to develop new business and manage customers for our international courier, freight and cross-border logistics services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert B2B leads for international shipping and logistics services.
- Handle enquiries from e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, exporters, importers, SMEs and businesses.
- Sell international courier, express shipping, air freight and logistics solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping options and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Pricing & Operations team for competitive international shipping rates.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, email and other business channels.
- Onboard new customers and assist with KYC and account setup.
- Coordinate with operations for shipment booking, pickup, documentation and tracking.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain sales activities, leads and customer information in CRM/Excel.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in International Courier / Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales / Shipping Aggregator / B2B Sales.
- Good knowledge of international shipping and logistics services.
- Experience in selling courier, freight forwarding or export logistics will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
🎯 Who We're Looking For
Candidates with practical experience in international logistics sales, courier sales, freight forwarding or shipping aggregator sales who can generate business, handle customer enquiries and convert leads into shipments.
Experience with strong communication skills and an interest in international logistics sales may also apply.
💰 Salary & Incentives₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
