Job Description

The key responsibilities of the office admin would be:


  1. Office Coordination: Coordinate daily office activities and support the sales and administration team
  2. Record Management: Maintain Office files, customer and business records
  3. Lead Management: Handle IndiaMART enquiries and respond to customer leads.
  4. Customer Follow ups: Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and other customer requirements
  5. Enquiry Management: Maintain enquiry records and update customer information regularly.
