Job Description

  • Manage online sales inquiries and orders via Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website.
  • Manage the back-end of our website
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and assistance with purchases.
  • Maintain accurate product listings and inventory levels across all online platforms.
  • Social media content
  • Provide customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online sales and customer service.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in online sales, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for books and a genuine interest in promoting literacy and reading.
