Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Operation Manager cum Training Manager to oversee our PAN India operations at OM Security & Cleaning Services, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with 29+ years in security, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage end-to-end operations across India, including staff deployment, client coordination, and compliance.
- Develop and conduct training programs for deployed guards, staff, and supervisors on security protocols, safety, and skills.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, risk management, and quality service delivery to clients like PSUs, MNCs, and IT sectors.
- Handle team, travel as needed for site visits and audits.
- Report to senior management and drive operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree .
- 5-10 years of experience in security operations or facility management, with 2-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role (ex-army/police background is a plus).
- Proven track record in PAN India operations, team leadership, and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of PSARA, labor laws, ISO standards, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
- Age: 30-50 years; physically fit with valid driving license; willing to travel extensively.
