Product Quality Intern

About the Role

As a Product Quality Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our engineering team to ensure every feature meets a high standard of quality before it reaches users. Beyond identifying defects, you'll evaluate usability, user experience, and product workflows, helping us build a product people love to use.

Responsibilities

Product Testing

• Test new features and enhancements thoroughly.

• Validate complete user journeys and real-world workflows.

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

Bug Reporting

• Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear reproduction steps.

• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

Product Quality

• Review usability, consistency, and overall user experience.

• Suggest improvements to simplify workflows and enhance the product.

• Think like an end user while testing every feature.

Documentation

• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and quality checklists.

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers and the founder to understand features, discuss issues,

and improve product quality.What We're Looking For
