Job Description
A real estate sales manager leads a team of agents, builds sales plans, and drives property revenue goals. Core duties include setting quotas, training staff, and managing client relationships.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach agents to hit individual and group sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Create plans and quotas based on market trends, competitor actions, and pricing data.
Client Relations: Handle high-value client meetings, resolve issues, and oversee final deal closures.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales numbers, review team results, and report progress to upper management.
