Job Description
Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Calling: Make regular calls to assigned leads, understand client requirements, and generate genuine sales opportunities.
2. Project Briefing: Explain the project, location, features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to clients over the phone.
3. Lead Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and update them regarding project developments, offers, and availability.
4. Client Visits: Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested clients and ensure a smooth and professional experience during the visit.
5. Client Handling: Personally handle clients, understand their requirements, resolve basic queries, and provide appropriate project information.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to improve conversion and generate referrals.
7. Sales & CRM Management: Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain proper lead records, update follow-up status in the CRM, and regularly report sales activities to the management.
