A technically sound and result-oriented professional with strong glass-industry production experience, capable of independently handling shop-floor operations, manpower, production targets, quality, machine coordination, and process improvement activities.To supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the glass manufacturing/processing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, manpower utilization, productivity, and timely dispatch are achieved as per the production plan.

Strong knowledge of glass processing/manufacturing operations.

Good understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.

Knowledge of glass quality parameters and rejection control.

Good manpower handling and team-management skills.

Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic root-cause analysis.

Good coordination with cross-functional departments.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MIS, and production reporting.

Good communication and leadership skills.
