Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting NBFC financial products such as loans and ECS credit.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and acquire new customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Promote loan/ECS credit products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
  • Follow up for disbursement and collections support
  • 🔹 Skills Required:Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Sales & target-oriented approach
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Negotiation and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
  • 🔹 Eligibility:Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience in NBFC/BFSI/Field Sales (0–3 years)
  • 🔹 Other Requirements:Ability to work under pressure
  • Field work readiness
  • Strong customer handling skills
