Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting NBFC financial products such as loans and ECS credit.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote loan/ECS credit products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
- Follow up for disbursement and collections support
- 🔹 Skills Required:Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales & target-oriented approach
- Basic financial knowledge
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
- 🔹 Eligibility:Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in NBFC/BFSI/Field Sales (0–3 years)
- 🔹 Other Requirements:Ability to work under pressure
- Field work readiness
- Strong customer handling skills
