Restaurant Manager

We Are Hiring – Restaurant StaffWe are looking for experienced, responsible and hardworking candidates to join our restaurant team.

1. Restaurant Operations ExecutiveThe candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front counter and restaurant operations, including:

• POS billing, cash & digital payment handling
• Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
• Managing dine-in, takeaway and online orders
• Food packaging and ensuring proper presentation
• Daily stock checking and basic inventory management
• Receiving and organizing supplies
• Coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth order flow
• Handling basic beverage/barista preparation when required
• Managing customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the counter
• Monitoring wastage and maintaining daily operational records
• Assisting with opening and closing of the outlet

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant, café, QSR or food outlet operations.

2. Multi-Cuisine ChefThe candidate will be responsible for kitchen operations, food preparation and maintaining consistent food quality, including:

• Preparing and cooking North Indian, Indo-Chinese, snacks and multi-cuisine dishes
• Following standardized recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
• Maintaining consistent taste and quality
• Managing daily kitchen preparation and mise en place
• Checking ingredient quality and freshness
• Monitoring kitchen stock and minimizing food wastage
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Handling food preparation efficiently during peak hours
• Coordinating with kitchen helpers and restaurant staff
• Ensuring timely preparation and dispatch of orders
• Maintaining proper food storage and portion control
• Following daily kitchen opening and closing procedures

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years as a Multi-Cuisine Chef in a restaurant, café, QSR or similar establishment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual and well-groomed
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Candidates who can work independently and maintain quality standards will be preferred
