Retail Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data to improve customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. This role involves using CRM software to manage customer databases, campaigns, communication, and support systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

•           Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement customer engagement campaigns

•           Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities

•           Segment customers for targeted marketing and communication

•           Track customer interactions and provide insights to improve customer journey and experience

•           Support lead management and follow-up processes using CRM tools

•           Generate and present CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

•           Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and system usage

•           Handle customer queries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

•           1–3 years of experience in a CRM, customer success, or marketing support role

•           Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, Cosmetics, e-commerce, manufacturing, etc.] is an advantage

•           Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital communication tools
