Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee, maintain, and grow our online sales channels and digital storefront. In this role, you will be the absolute owner of our website's commercial performance, focusing on maximizing Conversion Rate (CVR), increasing Average Order Value (AOV), and driving profitable revenue growth.

You will bridge the gap between marketing, operations, IT, and customer service to ensure a flawless online shopping journey. If you are a analytical strategist who can balance creative merchandising with hard data, we want you on our team.

Core Responsibilities

·        Ownership: Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce website. Continually optimize site navigation, search functionality, product detail pages (PDPs), and the checkout experience to eliminate friction and boost sales.

·        Catalog Management: Ensure the digital catalog is accurate, fresh, and properly categorized. Synchronize stock levels across platforms to minimize cancellations and maintain inventory integrity.

·        Campaign & Promo Execution: Build and execute the promotional calendar. Collaborate with marketing to run targeted on-site offers, track pricing parity, and ensure margin requirements are upheld.

·        Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, including traffic sources, CVR, AOV, bounce rates, and cart abandonment. Provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership to adjust strategies in real-time.

·        Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Paid Ads/Marketing teams to ensure high-quality traffic converts seamlessly upon landing, and work with Logistics/Operations to monitor fulfillment efficiency and order tracking.

·        Platform & Tech Maintenance: Oversee the technical performance, upgrades, and cybersecurity integrations of the site. Coordinate with developers and third-party vendors to quickly troubleshoot technical glitches.

·        Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the in-house commerce team, which may include copywriters, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and web analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Computer proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel like Pivot & Vlook up

·        Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

·        Experience: 8 to 10+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce storefronts or digital merchandising channels.

·        Platform Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with modern e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

·        Analytical Rigour: Expert-level mastery of data analytics software (e.g., Google

·        Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of technical SEO, A/B testing principles, basic UX/UI layout logic, and secure payment processing systems.

·        Commercial Acumen: Excellent understanding of online consumer behavior, digital promotional strategies, and pricing metrics.
