We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our online presence, social media, website and digital marketing activities.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on digital marketing role. You will work closely with the Founder and coordinate with the internal team, designers, video editors, developers and marketing partners.

Your responsibility is to ensure that our digital marketing activities are planned, executed and completed on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Plan content calendars and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos and other content
• Create engaging captions, content ideas, hooks and basic marketing copy
• Manage and update the company website
• Create and manage landing pages, lead-generation pages and campaign pages
• Coordinate website and landing-page requirements with developers/designers
• Manage and coordinate Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Coordinate lead-generation campaigns for webinars, courses and training programs
• Monitor leads, campaign performance and basic marketing KPIs
• Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Handle basic SEO, website optimisation and online visibility
• Track social media and digital marketing performance and prepare reports
• Research competitors, trending content and new digital marketing opportunities
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, developers and external agencies
• Work closely with the Founder on personal branding and digital presence
• Ensure all marketing activities are completed within deadlines
• RequirementsGood practical knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Experience handling business social media accounts
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with website and landing-page creation/management
• Knowledge of Canva and basic content creation
• Basic understanding of SEO, email and WhatsApp marketing
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Creative, organised and result-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to learn new tools, software and AI tools
• Ability to work directly with the Founder

English Speaking Is MandatoryFluent English speaking and good written English is mandatory.

Laptop Is MandatoryA good-quality laptop is mandatory for this role, along with a reliable internet connection.

The laptop should be capable of handling Canva, website tools, social media platforms, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Zoom, AI tools and other digital marketing software.
