Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office management and administrative work.
- Attend and respond to customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.
- Communicate with existing customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers for new orders and repeat orders.
- Contact potential customers and generate new business enquiries.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, order details, invoices and other office records.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch and sales teams for timely order processing.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases and regular follow-up records.
- Assist in sales coordination and other routine office activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word and WhatsApp.
- Hindi and English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally.
- Experience in office administration, telecalling or sales coordination will be preferred.
