Sales Executive

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, business owners, and premium clients.
• Prior Experience in selling Holiday Homes, Secondary Markets, Investment in Farmhouse, Luxury Villas.
• Generate and manage qualified leads for luxury residential and commercial properties.
• Understand clients’ investment and lifestyle requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, private viewings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales relationship management.
• Build a strong network of referral partners, channel partners, architects, wealth managers, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury real estate projects, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and property comparisons tailored to individual clients.
• Negotiate effectively with buyers, sellers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
• 1-5 years in luxury real estate, premium residential sales, investment advisory, wealth management, hospitality, luxury retail, or a related client-facing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury/high-end property segment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, confident, and sophisticated personality.
• Strong relationship-management and networking abilities.
• Ability to interact comfortably with HNIs, CXOs, entrepreneurs, NRIs, and investors.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and highly target-oriented.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, property visits, and networking events.
• Existing network of HNI/UHNI clients or strong industry relationships.
• Candidates who have Sold projects in Goa, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh.
• Experience selling properties in premium locations.
• Knowledge of luxury residential developments, villas, penthouses, farmhouses, or branded residences.
• Experience with CRM and digital lead-management platforms.
• Strong understanding of real estate documentation and transaction processes.
