7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our loan products in the market.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes is preferred.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or finance is a plus.
