Sales Representative

Handle retail sales activities and achieve assigned monthly/annual sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, dealers, distributors, and customers.

Visit retail outlets across India to promote products and increase sales.

Identify new business opportunities and potential retail partners in different markets.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Ensure proper product presentation, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.

Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert them into business.

Coordinate with distributors/dealers and ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales requirements professionally.

Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, and retail campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams such as production, dispatch, accounts, and management for smooth sales operations.

Achieve sales and distribution expansion targets across assigned territories.

Be willing to travel extensively across India (Pan-India) as required for customer visits, market development, and business meetings.
