We are looking for motivated Tele-Sales Executives who are confident on the phone, good at communication, and driven by results.

What You Will Do

• Call prospective customers and explain Shramii's services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right service.
• Generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Share customer feedback with the Shramii team.
• Who We Are Looking ForGood communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Ability to follow up consistently.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, BPO or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.
• Most importantly, you should be comfortable working in a performance-based incentive model.

Earning Opportunity

100% performance / incentive based.

There is no fixed salary component for this role.

Your earning increases with your sales and conversions. Higher performance = higher incentives.

There is no fixed limit on your earning potential as long as you continue generating successful sales.
