Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

Technical Service & Customer Support:

  • Install and configure ophthalmic microscope and instruments at client sites.
  • Provide hands-on training to ophthalmologists and hospital staff on proper equipment operation and usage.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with the principal manufacturer or senior engineering team for complex technical repairs and spare parts ordering.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) renewals and repeat business.
