Job Description
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Storytelling & Script Preparation: Write compelling video scripts, narrative arcs, and hooks for short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form video formats.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft persuasive, on-brand social copy, captions, carousels, and promotional messaging tailored to each platform’s nuances.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and maintain an active multi-platform editorial calendar ensuring consistent, timely publication.
Community Engagement: Foster audience interaction, respond to direct messages and comments, and cultivate an active, loyal digital community.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, conversion) using platform analytics tools to optimize campaigns iteratively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing leads to ensure cohesive brand aesthetics and narrative delivery.
