Job Description
- Must have strong experience in personal loan/overdraft tele sales & operation.
- Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Handle clients and oversee leads generated by the team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding cases and documentation.
- Must have hands-on experience in both team handling and cold calling.
- Guide clients through processes and provide regular status updates.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to products and services.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving conversions.
- Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members.
