## Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Relationship Manager** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, providing support, assisting with Demat account opening, and coordinating with clients for their trading and investment requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

* Handle client queries related to trading, Demat accounts and investment services.

* Assist customers with **Demat & Trading Account Opening** and documentation.

* Provide regular client support through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

* Coordinate with clients for account activation and KYC-related requirements.

* Assist clients with basic trading platform and application-related queries.

* Coordinate with the dealing team for client trade-related requirements.

* Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Generate new leads and convert them into clients.

* Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.

* Focus on customer satisfaction, retention and long-term relationships.

* Achieve assigned monthly targets for account opening and client acquisition.

## Candidate Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products will be an advantage.

* Customer-oriented and confident personality.

* Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

* **Freshers can apply**; training will be provided to suitable candidates.

* Candidates with experience in stock broking, banking, finance, sales or customer relationship management will be preferred.
