Job Description
Fabulous Fashion Group (FFG) is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company services, events, auditions, and modelling opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed registrations or sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling or telesales experience will be an advantage.
