Job Description

  • dentify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Present and explain products/services to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Meet and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related issues.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
