• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, accounts and operations teams for timely execution.
• Follow up with clients for documents, payments and pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.
• Assist in generating and converting business leads.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned client work.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance timelines.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their assignments.
• Desired SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of corporate, legal, GST or compliance services is an advantage.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work with CRM and digital platforms.
