Sales and Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to design and execute impactful marketing strategies, drive lead generation, and boost customer acquisition. The role involves managing campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships while ensuring measurable business growth.  

Position: Sales & Marketing  

Location: Mehrauli, New Delhi  / Gurgaon sector 46 (HR)

Reporting To: Senior Management  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Lead marketing campaigns and communication activities.  

- Drive leads, conversions, and customer footfall.  

- Manage social media, promotions, and brand communication.  

- Plan events, health camps, and corporate tie‑ups.  

- Conduct competitor and market analysis.  

- Collaborate with operations and center teams to achieve business targets.  

Desired Profile:

- 4–10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Ayurveda, Healthcare, Wellness, Hospitality, or Premium Services preferred).  

- Strong knowledge of Digital & Performance Marketing**.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.  

- Creative, proactive, and target‑oriented with leadership ability.  

- Graduate/Post‑Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
