Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery, ensure smooth production operations, maintain product quality, and follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up machines and adjust machine parameters as required.
- Ensure smooth and continuous production with minimum machine downtime.
- Check machine output and maintain required quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
