Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, inventory coordination, and timely delivery of goods to stores/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and stores.
• Verify quantity, product details, and packaging before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records and update entries in ERP/software.
• Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
• Handle discrepancies, shortages, damages, and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain MIS and daily dispatch reports.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
