We’re Hiring – REAL ESTATE TELECALLER

Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko phone calls par product/service ki information dena.
  • Inbound aur outbound calls handle karna.
  • Customer queries aur complaints ko politely resolve karna.
  • Potential customers ko company ke products/services ke baare mein explain karna.
  • Daily calling targets achieve karna aur customer details maintain karna.
  • Follow-up calls karna aur customer relationship maintain karna.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills hona chahiye.
  • Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
  • Freshers aur experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.
  • Positive attitude aur customer-handling skills honi chahiye.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
