Job Description
Customer Visits: Travel to borrower locations to follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
Payment Recovery: Collect dues, negotiate settlement terms, and ensure daily/monthly recovery targets are met.
Professional Communication: Educate customers on loan terms and the importance of timely repayments while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Reporting: Update collection status in the system and submit daily activity reports to branch or collection managers
