Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders from order receipt to shipment and delivery.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, shipping documents, LC and other required documents.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, transporters and internal teams for smooth shipments.
- Track shipment schedules, container booking, dispatch, BL/AWB and delivery status.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to customers, banks and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance and quality teams for order execution.
- Monitor export payments, outstanding invoices and documentation related to LC/advance/credit terms.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements and customer-specific documentation.
- Maintain export sales records, shipment trackers and MIS reports.
- Support the export sales team in customer communication, order processing and resolving shipment/documentation issues.
- Handle export-related queries and provide timely updates to international customers.
MBA Marketing will be preferred
