Field Collection Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit delinquent customers at their homes or workplaces to discuss overdue payments and initiate collection efforts.
• Understand customers' financial situations and identify suitable recovery approaches.
• Negotiate repayment plans, including installment arrangements, to facilitate timely debt recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Collect payments from customers as per company process and ensure proper documentation and transaction records.
• Follow all applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies during customer interactions.
• Regularly update management on collection progress, outstanding amounts, recovery status, and customer interactions.
• Accurately update customer feedback, payment commitments, agreed terms, and interaction details in the CRM system.
• Upload proper feedback and collection trails in the CRM on a regular basis.
• Travel to different locations to meet customers at their homes, workplaces, or other relevant locations.
• Handle customer queries and escalated issues professionally and refer complex cases to the concerned department when required.
• Maintain professional and ethical communication with customers throughout the collection process.
