Job Description
- Visit customers at their registered or residential addresses for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
- Collect payments through approved company channels and provide receipts where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to customers.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and report cases requiring further action.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow company policies, applicable regulations, and ethical collection practices.
- Required QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience in field collection, loan recovery, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Basic smartphone and reporting application knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, depending on the role.
