About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle B2B sales and marketing of our range of industrial hand tools, sockets and accessories.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, visiting industrial companies and their purchase/procurement departments, generating enquiries, following up on quotations and converting enquiries into orders.
This is a desk-cum-field role, with approximately 3 days per week involving customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
Visit manufacturing companies, industries, OEMs, workshops and other potential customers.
Meet Purchase, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance and Engineering departments to introduce our products.
Generate new enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop new dealers/distributors in assigned markets.
Explore new industries and companies where our industrial hand tools can be used.
Coordinate with the office/production team regarding customer requirements, quotations, delivery and order status.
Maintain a database of customers, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
Conduct regular market visits and gather information regarding customer requirements, competitor products and market opportunities.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and sales follow-up reports.
Support the company in expanding its customer and dealer network.
