Senior Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible warehouse professional to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch, team handling, and process optimization. The role requires strong operational control, accuracy, and the ability to manage fast-paced order fulfillment while maintaining brand quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits
• Implement FIFO / FEFO methods for stock movement
• Minimize stock discrepancies and losses

2. Inward & Outward Operations

• Supervise goods receiving, inspection, and GRN processes
• Oversee order picking, packing, and timely dispatch
• Ensure zero-error dispatches with proper documentation
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth delivery

3. Team Management

• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to SOPs

4. ERP & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)
• Generate reports on stock, dispatch, and returns
• Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward movements 

5. Returns & Reverse Logistics

• Manage returned goods inspection and restocking
• Identify damaged/expired inventory and report accordingly

6. Warehouse Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, handling of fragile items)
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency

7. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse operations
• Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements 

8. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with sales, accounts, and procurement teams
• Provide stock updates and dispatch timelines
• Support e-commerce and B2B order fulfillment

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Odoo preferred)
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset

Preferred Industry:

FMCG / Cosmetics / Perfume / E-commerce / Retail

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in handling fragile and premium products (like perfumes)
• Understanding of packaging standards and quality control
• Ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations
