🚨 We're Hiring | HR Recruiter – Durgapur 📍
Location: Durgapur (Candidates based in & around Durgapur would be preferred)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve hiring targets.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for campus recruitment activities and hiring events.
