Job Description
HR Manager (Female and Male- both can apply) – Industrial / Manufacturing:
Responsible for end-to-end plant HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, payroll, attendance, training and employee engagement.
Manage permanent, contract and shop-floor manpower.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
Monitor attendance, overtime, payroll and manpower productivity.
Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
Coordinate with Plant Head, Production, Finance, EHS and Corporate HR.
Drive employee engagement, welfare and workplace discipline.
Support HR process improvement and HRMS/ERP implementation.
