Accounts and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)

• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups

• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

• Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST filing

• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records

• Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial reporting

• Manage petty cash and expense tracking

Showroom Operations Support:

• Generate quotations and sales orders

• Maintain stock records and coordinate with inventory team

• Process customer payments and financing documentation (if applicable)

• Assist sales team with documentation and reports

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office files, records, and documentation

• Handle vendor coordination and office purchases

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support

• Coordinate with service and operations team

• Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations
