Job Description
Role: Customer Service // Locations:Kochi ,Elamkulam
Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.9 LPA
Policybazaar is India’s largest and most trusted insurance marketplace, helping customers compare, evaluate, and purchase insurance seamlessly. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for energetic and self-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on the interested leads provided by the company
• Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings
• Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships
• Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting
• Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance Eligibility & Requirements
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Freshers can apply
• Malayalam language mandatory
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Comfortable with office
