📢 WE ARE HIRING – iProMax KOCHI

Position: Telecaller & Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: iProMax, Stadium Round, Kaloor, Kochi

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries.
  • Contact customers and follow up on repair enquiries.
  • Explain mobile, laptop and gaming-console repair services.
  • Schedule customer visits and coordinate with the service team.
  • Manage customer follow-ups, WhatsApp messages and CRM updates.
  • Maintain professional customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Good Malayalam communication skills.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Polite, confident and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
