Job Description
Flex Printing Service EngineerJob Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and setup of flex printing machines at customer locations.
- Provide machine operation training to customers and operators.
- Attend and resolve service complaints and technical issues at customer sites.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing machines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machines are functioning properly.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone/online and field visits.
- Train and guide newly joined service engineers on machine installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist senior engineers in handling complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper service reports, installation reports, and customer feedback records.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, service, and training.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Experience in flex printing machines, digital printing machines, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
- Ability to independently handle installations and customer complaints.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
