Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at Ahlan Luxury Rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic guest requests.
- Maintain guest records and assist with billing/payment collection.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure a pleasant and professional guest experience.
Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, presentable personality, and willingness to work in shifts. Experience in hotel/hospitality operations is preferred.
